Arabic salon software for the Middle East, fully bilingual

Gloora runs in Arabic, right to left, as fully as in English: the dashboard, reports and payslips, the booking page your clients open, and the WhatsApp messages each client receives in their own language.

What Arabic-speaking salons run into

Half-translated screens

English buttons, left-to-right tables and receipts that switch language halfway: a translation added as an afterthought shows.

One branch, clients in two languages

Arabic-speaking and English-speaking clients book at the same branch; one reminder text in one language can’t serve both.

An assistant that answers in the wrong language

A client who writes in Arabic and gets an English reply is likely to book somewhere else.

How Gloora works in Arabic, step by step

  1. Run the app in Arabic

Gloora works in 7 languages: English, Arabic (right to left), Spanish, French, Hindi, Russian and Filipino.

    In the app: Every screen

  2. Choose the branch’s message language

Pick the branch language from 12 — English, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Indonesian, Vietnamese or Filipino — and see the receipt a client gets in it.

In the app: Settings → Branches → Booking

  3. Or send each client their own language

With “each client gets their own language”, a client’s language is learned from the language they book in online or check in with at the walk-in screen, and the team can change it on the profile. A message not yet approved in that language goes in the branch language, so no client misses one.

In the app: Settings → Branches → Booking

  4. Let the AI answer in the client’s language

The AI Concierge replies in your client’s language, from your live menu and free times.

    In the app: AI Concierge

  5. Show clients a bilingual booking page

The booking page your clients open works in Arabic and English, on phone and desktop.

    In the app: Booking page

  • · Priced per branch, not per team member; the volume discount per location grows with the branch count.
  • · Seven published markets: UAE (AED), Saudi Arabia (SAR), Qatar (QAR), Oman (OMR), Europe (EUR), Egypt (EGP) and Global (USD). Every EU country, Ireland included, pays the Europe list; any other country — the UK, Australia, Canada or South Africa, for example — pays the Global list in USD.
  • · 0% commission on every booking, sale and payment.
  • · VAT, or the local equivalent, is added at invoicing.
  • · Messages are not in the subscription: they are paid per send from a prepaid messaging wallet.
  • · 7-day free trial, no card needed, everything unlocked.

Limits and honest trade-offs

  • Meta reviews each translated WhatsApp template on its own. While an Arabic message waits for approval, the English version goes out, and a message Meta files as marketing goes in the branch language.
  • Names and booking codes stay exactly as you saved them; they are not translated.
  • SMS is US-only. A US text part holds 160 characters, or 70 with Arabic or emoji.
  • Tax is set per branch: 5% VAT in the UAE and 15% in Saudi Arabia, with your tax number on the invoice. The help centre does not describe a connection to Saudi Arabia’s ZATCA e-invoicing platform (Fatoora); ask us before you rely on one.
  • The iOS and Android app signs in to an existing workspace; sign-up is on the web.

Questions buyers ask

Is the whole app in Arabic, or only the booking page?

The whole app: the dashboard, reports and payslips run in Arabic, right to left, and so does the booking page your clients open.

Can different clients get messages in different languages?

Yes. Switch the branch to “each client gets their own language”; each client’s language is learned from how they book or check in, and the team can change it.

Which languages can client messages use?

12: English, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Filipino.

Does the AI Concierge reply in Arabic?

It replies in your client’s language, from your live menu and free times.

What does Arabic salon software cost with Gloora?

Arabic is on every plan. Per branch per month: AED 299, AED 499 or AED 899 in the UAE; SAR 299, SAR 499 or SAR 899 in Saudi Arabia; EGP 1,199, EGP 1,999 or EGP 3,499 in Egypt.

Do Arabic text messages cost more?

SMS is US-only. A US text part holds 160 characters, or 70 with Arabic or emoji, at 4¢ per part, so the same message in Arabic can take more parts.
