Spa management and booking software

A spa sells time in a room as much as time with a therapist. Gloora books both together, takes bookings on your own page, sells packages and memberships with every session counted, and answers WhatsApp in your guest’s language.

What a spa needs its software to get right

One room, promised twice

One room promised twice, one therapist promised to both, and nobody sees it until two guests are in robes at the same hour.

The phone rings while the room is dark

Your therapist is mid-treatment and cannot leave the room. The call rings out, and a guest ready to buy a package buys it down the road instead.

The guest who lives in someone’s head

Her pressure, her allergies, the three sessions left on her package: all of it walks out the door the day that therapist leaves.

How Gloora runs a spa, step by step

  1. Book the room with the therapist

Rooms, beds and equipment are resources: a booking holds the room as well as the person, and a shared space can take several guests at once up to its capacity.

In the app: Catalog → Resources · Calendar

  2. Take bookings on your own page

Guests book day and night on your booking page; ready-made links for Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and Google are tagged by source. A deposit can hold the slot through your own Stripe account.

In the app: Booking page · Integrations

  3. Sell packages and memberships

Packages bundle several treatments at one price and show the saving in the booking wizard. Memberships carry a standing discount, free visits per cycle or a pool of shared sessions, and can be paused while a guest travels.

In the app: Catalog → Packages · Memberships

  4. Keep each guest’s notes in one place

The client profile holds visits, spend, balances, notes, allergies and preferred language, so the next therapist starts informed.

    In the app: Clients

  5. Answer and book on WhatsApp

WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger chats share one Inbox; the AI Concierge answers from your live menu and free times and books, in the guest’s language.

In the app: Inbox · AI Concierge

  • · Priced per branch, not per team member; the volume discount per location grows with the branch count.
  • · Seven published markets: UAE (AED), Saudi Arabia (SAR), Qatar (QAR), Oman (OMR), Europe (EUR), Egypt (EGP) and Global (USD). Every EU country, Ireland included, pays the Europe list; any other country — the UK, Australia, Canada or South Africa, for example — pays the Global list in USD.
  • · 0% commission on every booking, sale and payment.
  • · VAT, or the local equivalent, is added at invoicing.
  • · Messages are not in the subscription: they are paid per send from a prepaid messaging wallet.
  • · 7-day free trial, no card needed, everything unlocked.
  • · Prices from Gloora’s public pricing API (last changed 25 October 2026), read when this page was built on 26 October 2026.

Limits and honest trade-offs

  • Outside branches that take cards through Run Payments (US), memberships do not charge a card automatically: renewals are recorded by hand on the guest’s membership card.
  • SMS is US-only; guests in Australia, South Africa and the UAE get WhatsApp and email.
  • Gloora runs no consumer marketplace; guests book through your own page and channels.
  • The AI Concierge is not sold on Basic, and each reply draws from the messaging wallet.

Questions buyers ask

Can spa booking software book rooms as well as therapists?

Gloora can. A booking holds the room, bed or machine as well as the person, and a time is offered only when both are free.

How much is Gloora for a spa in Australia or South Africa?

Both pay the Global list in USD: Basic USD 79, Premium USD 129, Own Brand USD 239 per branch a month. Gloora does not publish an AUD or ZAR price.

How much is it in the UAE?

Basic AED 299, Premium AED 499 or Own Brand AED 899 per branch a month, plus 5% VAT.

Can guests buy a package of sessions?

Yes: a package (several treatments at one price), or a membership with free visits per cycle or a pool of shared sessions, for example 10 sessions across several treatments.

Can a membership be paused?

Yes. A guest who travels or is unwell can pause instead of cancelling, and you can set when it resumes.

Can guests book online at night?

Yes, on your own booking page, and the AI Concierge (a Premium add-on) can answer and book on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
