Buyer’s guide · Reports across branches

Which salon software has the best centralised reporting? What to look for

Centralised reporting means every branch’s bookings, sales, payments and pay land in one set of reports you read for one location or the whole business. In Gloora that needs no setup, every report has a branch filter, and currencies stay apart.

Why reporting across branches is hard

The night the numbers refuse to agree

Card machine, cash drawer and diary are reconciled by hand after closing, branch by branch, and they still disagree.

Adding spreadsheets together

Each branch exports its own figures and someone builds the group view by hand, a week late.

Two currencies, one meaningless total

A group with branches in two countries cannot simply add dirhams to pounds; the totals must stay apart.

What centralised reporting looks like in Gloora

  1. One hub, one filter

Reports are sorted into Sales, Team, Finance and Operations tabs. Every report shares the same date range, a branch filter (one branch or all), a simple or advanced view, and an export to a spreadsheet.

    In the app: Reports

  2. Profit, income and tax for every branch

Profit walks from income to what you kept; Income ranks branches, services and clients; Tax shows the tax collected and what is owed per period, broken out by branch on one screen.

In the app: Reports → Profit · Income · Tax

  3. The team, side by side

Staff Comparison ranks everyone by revenue, bookings, tips, commission, upsell and utilisation, with requested clients, walk-ins, hours and turns; Staff pay shows what the team really costs.

In the app: Reports → Staff Comparison · Staff pay

  4. Close each day, then reconcile

Daily Closure lays out the whole till for a branch and a day; the Payments Ledger, Cash Flow and Card payouts tie to bank and card statements.

In the app: Reports → Daily Closure · Payments Ledger · Cash Flow

  5. See where bookings come from

Sources & locations counts bookings by front desk, phone, online, WhatsApp, AI or import; Booking Operations shows occupancy, cancellations and no-shows as a heatmap.

In the app: Reports → Sources & locations · Booking Operations

Which plan includes which reports

Every plan includes the core reports. The Finance Suite adds expenses, the tax report, the accountant-grade reports (Revenue & Bookkeeping, Payments Ledger, Cash Flow, Booking Operations, Raw Data Export, Daily Closure and Card payouts) and the audit trail; Payroll & Commissions adds the staff pay report. Both are included from Premium.

  • · Priced per branch, not per team member; the volume discount per location grows with the branch count.
  • · Seven published markets: UAE (AED), Saudi Arabia (SAR), Qatar (QAR), Oman (OMR), Europe (EUR), Egypt (EGP) and Global (USD). Every EU country, Ireland included, pays the Europe list; any other country — the UK, Australia, Canada or South Africa, for example — pays the Global list in USD.
  • · 0% commission on every booking, sale and payment.
  • · VAT, or the local equivalent, is added at invoicing.
  • · Messages are not in the subscription: they are paid per send from a prepaid messaging wallet.
  • · 7-day free trial, no card needed, everything unlocked.

Limits and honest trade-offs

  • Gloora produces a profit-and-loss statement, not a balance sheet.
  • Amounts in different currencies are never added together; each currency gets its own line.
  • Card payouts exists only where a card reader is connected to Gloora, and a payout spans the whole account, so it is for people who see every branch.
  • Reports not on your plan open to a preview with a prompt to unlock them.

Questions buyers ask

What should centralised salon reporting include?

At least: profit, income and tax per branch and for the group, staff performance side by side, a daily close of the till, and ledgers that tie to the bank. Gloora’s reports cover each of these, with one branch filter.

Can I see all branches in one report?

Yes. Leave the branch filter on all branches to see the whole business, or pick one branch for that location alone.

How does Gloora handle branches in different currencies?

Each currency is shown on its own line in a by-currency panel; Gloora never adds amounts across currencies.

Can I export reports for my accountant?

Yes. Every report exports exactly as filtered, and the Finance Suite reports export a workbook with every sheet.

Do I have to build the reports?

No. Every appointment, checkout, expense and payout flows into the numbers with nothing to set up.

What does it cost?

Per branch per month: Basic USD 79, Premium USD 129, Own Brand USD 239 on the Global list. The Finance Suite is USD 20 a month on Basic and included from Premium.
