Messaging Terms — Gloora Appointment Alerts
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1Who sends these messages
Gloora Appointment Alerts is a text message (SMS) program run by Gloora AI FZC LLC ("Gloora"). Salons, spas and clinics use Gloora to take bookings. When you book with one of them through Gloora and agree to texts, Gloora sends you messages about your bookings on that business's behalf. Each message names the business, for example "Glow Nails via Gloora:".
2What you'll receive
Booking confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations, and receipts. If you also agreed to offers, the business may send you occasional offers and news. Message frequency varies: usually about 2–4 messages per booking.
3How you agree
On a booking page, you tick the optional box to receive texts. A business can also add you at its front desk; in that case you get one text asking you to reply YES, and you only receive texts after you reply YES. Agreeing is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
4Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Gloora does not charge you for these messages.
5Stop or get help at any time
Reply STOP to any message to stop all Gloora Appointment Alerts texts. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@gloora.ai.
6Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7Your privacy
We do not sell your mobile number. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
