Chain salon software: one account for every location
Gloora runs a salon chain from one account. The menu, brands and client book are shared; each branch keeps its own hours, prices, currency, tax, team and settings, and one person can work at several branches without a double booking.
What breaks when a salon becomes a chain
Two pens, one busy day
A double-booking nobody sees until both clients are standing at reception, while the other location had a free slot all afternoon.
One person, two locations
A stylist who works Mondays at one branch and Thursdays at another is easy to book twice when each branch keeps its own diary.
Every branch a little different
Different opening hours, prices, tax rules and even currencies — and the owner still needs one view of the whole chain.
How Gloora runs a chain, step by step
Give each branch its own rules
Each branch keeps its own weekly hours, seasonal hours, closures, prices (even in another currency), tax and booking policy. Currency, tax and policies flow down from the business until you override them, and the trade licence and tax ID print per branch.

Share the menu, the brands and the client book
Services, packages and products are built once for every branch, and one brand can dress many branches’ booking pages. One client book means a regular known at one branch is the same record at another, with one visit history.

Let people work at more than one location
Set a team member’s home branch and the branches they work at. They are bookable at each, a booking at one blocks that time at the others, and their pay and production show per location.
In the app: Settings → Team
Switch from one branch to the whole chain
The branch switcher narrows the calendar, bookings and reports to one branch or shows every branch at once. Reports carry their own branch filter and keep each currency on its own line.

Route each channel to its branch
Each connected WhatsApp number, Facebook page and Instagram account is assigned to one branch, so a client’s message reaches that branch’s inbox.

- · VAT, or the local equivalent, is added at invoicing.

Limits and honest trade-offs
- Every open branch counts toward the bill; archive a closed location before you lower the branch count.
- Reports never add amounts across currencies: a chain trading in two currencies reads each currency on its own line.
- The tiers and day rates of a person who works at two branches follow their home branch’s rules.
- SMS is US-only; outside the US, clients get WhatsApp and email.
Questions buyers ask
How is chain salon software priced with Gloora?
Per branch, per month: Basic USD 79, Premium USD 129, Own Brand USD 239 on the Global list; EUR 79, EUR 129 and EUR 239 in Europe; AED 299, AED 499 and AED 899 in the UAE. The volume discount per location grows with the branch count.
Can branches in different countries use different currencies and tax?
Yes. A branch can carry its own prices in its own currency and override the tax rate, the tax number and whether prices include tax.
Can one stylist work at two locations?
Yes. They are listed and bookable at each branch, never double-booked across them, and their pay and production show per location.
Do clients belong to one branch?
No. One client book serves the whole chain, so a client’s history and balances follow them to any branch.
Can head office see every branch at once?
Yes. Pick all branches in the switcher, or set a report’s branch filter to all; the tax report shows each branch’s totals on one screen.
What happens when we open another location?
Add one to the branch count on your subscription. It takes effect at once with a prorated charge.
